The method
Most planners make you choose between pretty inspiration and practical logistics. Voyivo keeps the itinerary model intact, then gives each layer a better home: days, stays, maps, booking drafts, collaborators, and PDFs.
It is intentionally quiet. The app should help you see the trip, not admire the interface for getting in the way.
01 · Trips
Every trip starts from an editorial dashboard: one hero trip, one horizon list, and the details that matter without crowding the screen.
Oct 31 - Nov 11
Stay
Auto materialized across covered days.
Closed soon
Local opening hours guide the plan.
Planned 2h
Estimated time spent is user owned.
02 · Maps
Voyivo keeps mapping decisions practical: Android draws the route, while optimization stays backend-owned with Mapbox cost controls.
Optimized
4 stops · 38 min drive · route sheet ready
03 · Booking import
Email-forwarding import is live through trip-specific Mailgun aliases. The parser is conservative by design: it creates review drafts first and never silently adds itinerary items.
Review draft
Cross-day flights create separate departure and arrival items on the correct days.
04 · Collaboration
Collaboration keeps the trip shared while respecting roles. Owners and editors can mutate; viewers get a clean read-only experience without edit affordances.

05 · Exports and beta polish
Voyivo exports the itinerary as a short editorial poster or a detailed multi-page PDF. Closed-beta access may shift while Voyivo Pro packaging is tested.
