Account Deletion

Request deletion

You can request deletion of your Voyivo account and associated personal data by emailing support@getvoyivo.com from the email address connected to your Voyivo account.

In the Voyivo Android app, you can also open You > Settings > Request account deletion to prepare the deletion request email.

What is deleted

When we complete an account deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, including account profile data, trips, itinerary content, collaboration records, uploaded profile images, uploaded trip cover images, and related sync data, unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

What may remain briefly

Deleted trips and itinerary items may remain temporarily as sync tombstones so devices can reconcile changes. Backups, logs, and provider records may also take time to expire according to operational retention schedules.

Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Voyivo account does not automatically cancel any active Google Play subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from Google Play.
