Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Voyivo, including the Voyivo Android app, website, backend services, and related support channels. By creating an account or using Voyivo, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Voyivo. If you are using Voyivo on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

Closed Beta

Voyivo is currently in closed beta. Features, pricing, premium gating, limits, availability, and designs may change before public launch. Beta access may be changed, paused, or ended as we improve the product.

Communications

Voyivo may send transactional messages such as OTP emails, account notices, security alerts, support replies, subscription notices, and important service updates. We may also send product updates during beta. You can opt out of non-essential messages, but transactional messages may still be necessary to use the service.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account unless a parent or guardian is legally responsible for your use.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• You must not share access in a way that bypasses subscriptions, abuse controls, or collaboration permissions.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• You can contact support@getvoyivo.com for account help or deletion requests.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the trip details, itinerary notes, uploaded photos, and other content you add to Voyivo. You give Voyivo a limited permission to host, store, process, display, sync, back up, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for the content you add. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, that violates someone else's rights, or that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, or harmful. We may remove content or restrict accounts when we reasonably believe content violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or harms Voyivo or its users.

Feedback

If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions, you allow Voyivo to use them without restriction or compensation. You should not send confidential information in feedback unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Collaboration

If you invite another person to a trip, they may be able to view or edit trip information depending on the role you assign. Only share trips with people you trust. You are responsible for managing collaborator access.

Travel, Maps, And Routes

Voyivo helps organize travel plans, maps, places, and route suggestions, but it is not a safety, navigation, immigration, transport, booking, or emergency service. Routes, distances, travel times, maps, place details, and photos may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Always verify important travel information yourself, including bookings, visas, passports, health requirements, weather, road conditions, safety advisories, opening hours, and transport schedules. Do not rely on Voyivo as your only source of travel guidance.

Subscriptions And Payments

Voyivo may offer paid subscriptions or premium features. Purchases in the Android app are handled through Google Play Billing, with RevenueCat used to manage subscription entitlements. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, renewal behavior, and cancellation options are shown in the app or by Google Play before purchase.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled through Google Play and applicable law.
• During beta, premium gating or access rules may be temporarily relaxed for testing.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit access to a purchase or subscription if fraud, unauthorized use, billing abuse, or a pricing or availability error is suspected.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Voyivo to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Upload harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to access another user's account, trip, or data without permission.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or attack Voyivo or its providers.
• Bypass billing, rate limits, security, or role-based permissions.
• Introduce malicious code, spam, automated scraping, denial-of-service traffic, or other harmful activity.
• Misrepresent places, reviews, trip content, or account identity in a way that could harm other users or the service.

Voyivo Intellectual Property

Voyivo's name, branding, interface, software, designs, text, and original content are owned by Voyivo or its licensors, except for content you provide and third-party materials used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Voyivo's service or branding without permission.

Third-Party Services

Voyivo depends on third-party services including Firebase, Google, Mapbox, RevenueCat, Resend, Aiven, Render, Unsplash, and Pexels. Their services may have their own terms, policies, limits, outages, and data practices. Voyivo is not responsible for third-party content, maps, photos, routes, billing systems, or availability outside our control.

Service Changes And Availability

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or limit features at any time, especially during beta. We try to keep Voyivo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Some features require internet access, third-party provider availability, or a supported device.

Termination

You may stop using Voyivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse the service, fail to pay for paid features, or if continued access would create legal or operational risk.

Disclaimers

Voyivo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Voyivo disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Voyivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel disruption, missed bookings, provider outages, or inaccurate third-party information. Voyivo's total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to Voyivo for the service in the three months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Survival, Waiver, And Severability

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, content licenses, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions. If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown in the app or by Google Play, form the agreement between you and Voyivo for use of the service.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as Voyivo changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or on this website. Continued use of Voyivo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
